Role overview

AM Infoweb is looking for a dedicated recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, experience handling bulk hiring, and the ability to close positions efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage bulk hiring for various roles as per company requirements.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT/BPO industries.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
