COMPLIANCE ANALYST

Role overview

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to support the organization’s compliance and information security initiatives by maintaining and improving adherence to international standards and frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, GRC, Risk Management, and audit coordination activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 27001:2022 controls and documentation.
Support SOC 2 Type I & Type II readiness, evidence collection, and audit coordination.
Contribute to compliance activities aligned with GRC, Risk Management, and TPRM frameworks.
Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and documentation reviews.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track and close compliance gaps.
Support governance and compliance reporting activities.
Participate in policy reviews and compliance improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS

3–4 years of experience in internal/external audits against ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, and other security/compliance frameworks.
Strong understanding of GRC, Risk Management, and TPRM frameworks.
Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance activities.
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in audit coordination and compliance documentation.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
